Exclusions

• Non-drainage related plumbing work
• Structural repairs or building work
• Third-party damage or external factors
• No Gas or Electric work and/or repairs undertaken with any of the Plans

Agreement Terms

By purchasing any of our service plans, you agree to:

• Agreement period begins on date of purchase
• Services subject to availability and scheduling
• Provide safe access to property for engineers
• Coverage is non-transferable and valid only for the registered address
• We reserve right to modify terms with 30 days notice
• 3 month guarantee on all work and repairs
